Retaining Full Rights: For the Unbiased Video Review and Sponsored Video Package, Sal retains full rights to the content. This means the brand is allowed to use the video for marketing purposes on their Amazon product page and social media with proper credit to Sal. However, the brand cannot use the video for other promotional activities or edit it without Sal’s prior consent.
Transferring Full Rights: For the Exclusive Rights Video package, full rights to the video are transferred to the brand upon completion of payment. The brand can then use the video across all platforms without any further compensation to Sal. This includes but is not limited to social media, websites, advertisements, and promotional materials.
Royalty Agreement: If the brand wishes to use the video beyond the agreed terms, a royalty fee of 10% of the sales generated through the video will be applicable. This ensures fair compensation for the continued use of Sal’s content.
